I used Blisstape as a nipple cover underneath the athletic tape I used to tape my chest down. (I'm a trans man and used to tape to make my chest more masculine). It worked super well for that and kept my nipples from being irritated. I can tell it would work well under tops to prevent nipping out too.

These were amazing when I was trying to break in a new pair of boots! They stick well and are surprisingly thin. Despite how thin they are, they provide a lot of comfort and protection. Looking forward to using them on long hikes! hoping that someday they come in rectangles! Great product would recommend.

This is SUCH a great idea. I bought new shoes for a trip to Europe and hoped these would help me avoid that awkward breaking-in period while I walking and biking around for most of our time and they did. No blisters for me!

I love these so much. I have a pair of sandals that always blister me so bad and I used some of this in the areas that are usually irritated and they stayed on all day and it didn't even feel like I had anything on. I would 100% recommend these. I carry some around in my bag now just in case!

The texture of the tape is like velvet, so soft and comfortable. The colour blends in with your skin and most importantly it stays put on your heel and prevents ANY chaffing, even in heels.

I have feet that are a bit knobby from older age. All my shoes rub certain parts of my feet and it can be very painful at times. Blistape was amazing in preventing the normal pain and blisters that usually occur.

I have a pair of work shoes that rub so aggressively I could only wear them when I wasn’t planning to move around much in my day, and even then they were painful. I bought a pouch of Blistape to see if it would solve the problem. Worked like a charm! Not only can I now wear these shoes without regretting it at the end of the day, I can walk to and from work in them. Can’t recommend this product enough. Do yourself a favour and buy a pouch or two.

I discovered blistape after wearing shoes that caused serious blisters bilaterally to my heels. The blisters were painful and brutal to the point that I couldn't wear any shoes with a back afterwards for what felt like days and days unless I wanted to endure serious discomfort (wincing with every step, walking like a dufus to minimize friction). I was desperate to get them healed, the other coverings I tried just wouldn't stay on so the blisters were just prolonged. I know they don't suggest applying to open skin, but as previously mentioned I was desperate to get things under control. I put them on and felt near immediate comfort, I kept the blistape on all day and possibly the next....and I tell you it was night and day and they healed so quickly and I could wear my normal shoes/runners as if the wounds weren't there at all. There was no fussing about them rolling off which was also such a relief. Blistape is a game changer and easily now a staple in my first aid kit/purse. Can't wait to discover other ways for it to help me out!

I purchased this product to help with blisters from my running shoes. Band-Aids never stay in place and are bulky. Blistape is perfect for my needs. It stays put and there is no bulkiness or friction what so ever. I will be buying more in the future.

Used Blistape on my heels for my first day with new leather flats - amazing! The adhesive worked so well that I kept checking to make sure it was still there. My feet were comfortable all day, even without the shoes being broken in. Highly recommend!
